Shipping policy

US ORDERS ONLY.

Orders will be processed in a window of 1-3 business days. This may be affected by seasonal holidays, vacation, global supply issues, etc.  You will be notified if there are any changes to this process time.  Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.  Bentonville Bubble co reserves the right to cancel any unshipped order.

Free shipping promotions only apply to individual, personal orders applied before any taxes. Free shipping does NOT apply to wholesale accounts/orders.

We ship via USPS and UPS(only when necessary). Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information and is responsible for tracking their own shipment.  Bentonville Bubble co is NOT responsible for package theft or incorrect delivery/address information. Please double check your shipping address prior to checking out.  PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR SHIPMENT. If your package tracking number shows "delivered" and you claim you did not receive your package, Bentonville Bubble co cannot make a claim to USPS.  USPS requires the customer to handle all claims.  As a result, we cannot replace or refund your purchase. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

While we have no control over current shipping costs, we will do our bubbly best to offer the lowest cost shipping solution.  We do NOT offer international shipping at this time.
